Location: Gdask Poland

Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for sales We are seeking a PolishSpeaking Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Gdask and drive success in our sales operations!

What You will Do:

Performance Management: Continuously review and manage absenteeism and attrition for all Sales Advisors ensuring returntowork and exit interviews are conducted.
Monitor Performance: Oversee the work performance of all Sales Advisors and conduct quarterly performance reviews along with monthly oneonone meetings.
Recognition and Rewards: Ensure Advisors are recognized and rewarded for their outstanding achievements.
Goal Direction: Provide clear guidance aligned with the teams sales goals and foster open twoway communication.
Team Environment: Cultivate a supportive and teamoriented environment where Advisors take pride in their work.
Employee Satisfaction: Implement and review actions from employee satisfaction surveys.
Coaching and Development: Coach motivate and develop Sales Advisors offering opportunities for skill expansion and career growth.
Call Monitoring: Monitor Advisor calls to ensure quality and adherence to standards whether via deskside or remote.
Client Communication: Ensure timely communication of any client or campaign issues to the Operations Manager.
Client Satisfaction Improvement: Take appropriate actions to enhance client satisfaction survey scores and implement GOS processes.

Who Were Looking For:

Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and C2 Polish.
Leadership Experience: At least 1 year in sales operations or team leading (ideally in B2B) managing both internal and external stakeholders.
BPO/Contact Centre Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a BPO or contact center environment.
Dynamic Personality: A vibrant and resolute personality to effectively lead and coach a team.
Sales Operations Knowledge: Strong understanding of B2B sales operations and experience with sales KPIs.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced international environment with a drive to make an impact and share best practices.
Time Management: Effective prioritization and time management skills especially under pressure.
