Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruitment Officer to join our dynamic team in Seef Bahrain. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing and attracting top talent to onboarding new employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals social media and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates
Manage the offer process and negotiate salary and benefits with selected candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment preferably in a professional services firm
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms such as job portals and social media
Fluency in English both written and spoken
