Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Model Development: Design develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain AI systems to ensure optimal performance reliability and scalability.
- Data Management: Collect preprocess and analyze large datasets to train and validate AI models.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including data scientists software engineers and business stakeholder to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and implement best practices to enhance our AI capabilities.

Education Qualifications and Special Training
- Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java. Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or scikitlearn.
- ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience: Prior experience in AI/ML projects preferably in a corporate setting.

- Strong sense of responsibility and task ownership
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong curiosity about new technologies management paradigms that are relevant to the company and Marine industry
