About the Role: As a Client Support Specialist youll be assisting clients of a wellknown bank through calls chat and email. Youll guide customers through online banking services explain product features and handle inquiries. Key tasks include:

  • Managing customer queries via calls chat and email
  • Sharing product and promotional information
  • Assisting with card blocking scheduling and general inquiries
  • Collaborating on central marketing initiatives
