Remote Proofreader

As a Proofreader you will be responsible for reviewing and editing various documents including marketing materials reports and contracts to ensure accuracy and consistency. You will work closely with our team of writers and editors to ensure that all content meets our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and proofread various documents including marketing materials reports and contracts for accuracy and consistency

Collaborate with writers and editors to ensure that all content meets company standards

Check for spelling grammar and punctuation errors

Verify facts and figures to ensure accuracy

Ensure that all documents adhere to company style and formatting guidelines

Make necessary edits and revisions to improve overall quality of content

Communicate any errors or inconsistencies to the appropriate team members

Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Keep track of changes and updates made to documents

Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

Continuously improve and develop proofreading skills to ensure highquality work

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in English Communications or a related field

2 years of experience in proofreading or editing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors

Familiarity with AP Style and other style guides

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills

Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills
