Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Danishspeaking customers with travel bookings including flights hotels car rentals and package holidays.
• Provide guidance on itinerary changes cancellations refunds and travelrelated questions.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of the travel agencys products services and policies.
• Accurately log customer interactions and manage tickets in the companys CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues or escalations when necessary.

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Native Danish speaker with B2C1 proficiency in English.
• Experience: 12 months of experience in customer support (experience in the travel industry is advantageous but not required).
• Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Adaptability to rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems (GDS) is a plus.
