Increase Customer Success: Deliver innovative ideas to accelerate customer adoption focusing on technical feasibility and alignment of solutions.
Continuous Learning & Expertise: Develop and maintain a Level 300 knowledge of the companys Cloud offerings. Achieve relevant certifications (minimum Fundamentals L200 preferred).
Training & Support: Act as the main technical contact for the telesales team providing group and oneonone training across the center on areas of expertise.
Meet Sales & Operational Targets: Exceed teamlevel monthly quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets. Stay informed on the latest cloud developments and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Native Danish speaker with B2level proficiency in English.
Experience: Experience in solution selling cloudbased solutions or a technical role is advantageous.
Technical Knowledge: Fundamentalslevel certification in Microsoft Cloud is required with L200level certification preferred.
Sales Skills: Strong technical sales acumen customer engagement abilities and familiarity with cloud services particularly Microsoft Cloud solutions.
ProblemSolving Skills: Proven ability to provide technical solutions and customerfocused service.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills including experience conducting presentations and technical demonstrations.
