Customer Engagement: Reach out to customers to foster a positive and collaborative experience understanding their needs and identifying opportunities to meet sales qualifications.
Sales Developments
Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor guiding customers through their journey and providing highlevel strategic insights on IT spending.
Technical Understanding: Develop a strong grasp of services including cost management and monitoring capabilities to address customer inquiries and objections.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to provide critical product and program feedback ensuring continuous improvement in customer interactions.
Market Insight: Stay informed about the company sales lifecycle customer needs and industry trends to identify new prospects and enhance customer relationships.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Proficient in English; Native Dutch
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales with at least 2 years in account management within the IT industry.
Certification: Azure Fundamentals (AZ900) certification is required; experience with or selling Azure is essential.
CRM/ERP Proficiency: Recognized experience with CRM/ERP systems and IT sales processes.
Sales Training: Experience or training in the Challenger sales methodology is preferred.
Communication Skills: Confident and articulate with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills able to work independently with integrity.
