Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding new clients to ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs provide tailored solutions and drive customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with sales marketing and support teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes.
- Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
- Conduct regular checkins and followups to ensure customers are achieving their desired outcomes with our products.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer retention rates.
Requirements:
- Native Dutch speaker with B2 level proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customercentric mindset.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools.
