Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete customer journey from onboarding new clients to ensuring their continued satisfaction and engagement.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs deliver customized solutions and foster customer loyalty.
- Work in partnership with sales marketing and support teams to improve the customer experience and optimize workflows.
- Track customer usage and engagement metrics to uncover opportunities for upselling and crossselling.
- Perform regular checkins and followups to ensure clients are achieving their desired results with our products.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to guide product enhancements and service improvements.
- Create and implement strategies aimed at reducing churn and boosting customer retention rates.
Requirements:
- Native Dutch speaker with a B2 level of proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management or account management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to enhance customer experiences.
- Strong problemsolving capabilities and a proactive approach to customer support.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer engagement tools.
