Are you a techsavvy problem solver with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences Join a fastgrowing data solutions company seeking a talented Customer Success Engineer to join their team in Christchurch supporting clients across the globe.
In this role youll be the first point of contact for some of the worlds leading MSPs storage providers and global enterprises. Youll ensure smooth onboarding tackle technical challenges and help users maximise the value of our customers platforms. Your daytoday will include responding to support queries creating documentation assisting with presales and working with the engineering team to relay customer feedback.
This isnt your typical support role it is about shaping the customer journey driving innovation and contributing to a dynamic startup atmosphere. Youll need handson experience with cloud platforms servers networks and tools like Office 365. If you are ready to get stuck into complex problems and thrive on delivering exceptional support we want to hear from you.
