Job Title: Audit Supervisor Global Corporate and Investment Banking
Location: New York NY US (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)

Job Overview:
The Audit Supervisor will independently perform test work for highly complex audit activities across Global Corporate and Investment Banking (GCIB) lines of business. The role includes designing and executing audit tests assessing issues for business impact and recommending severity ratings. You will also build and maintain relationships with business partners foster an inclusive work environment and provide developmental support to team members. The team covers audits for businesses including equity capital markets debt capital markets investment banking corporate banking and leasing as well as credit risk management and global payment services in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute riskbased audit strategies by defining audit scope and programs
- Leverage automation and innovative methods for highquality timely audit activities
- Assess business processes controls and strategies offering recommendations based on risk
- Provide input on draft audit reports and share results with business leaders
- Foster an inclusive work environment and support team members development
- Build business knowledge and establish strong relationships with line management
- Lead or participate in global audits in collaboration with teams across EMEA and APAC
- Manage multiple projects efficiently using technology and analytic techniques
Required Qualifications:
- 57 years of internal audit business control compliance or risk management experience in corporate and investment banking
- Minimum 2 years of audit experience within an investment banking organization
- Strong experience in risk and control identification assessment and stakeholder management
- Proactive flexible attitude with strong organizational analytical and communication skills
- Bachelors degree
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience coaching and mentoring less experienced team members
- Experience in large global banks
- Certifications such as CFA CPA FRM or CIA
