Job Description
Key Selling Points:
- Schedule: Out for 12 days home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend.
- Coverage: OTR driving across all 48 states primarily east of I35 but we go where the freight goes.
- Miles: Averagemiles per week based on hours of service and availability.
- Freight: All notouch freight with 5060% drop & hook and 4050% live unload.
- Routing: No forced dispatch into NYC or its five boroughs.
Equipment:
- 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths.
- Average length of haul exceeds 600 miles.
Support:
- Access to an operations specialist 24/7 for assistance.
- All shifts are tailored to meet your needs.
Pay Details:
- Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
- Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on safety mileage and productivity effective the month following your hire date.
