Graduate IT Engineer Programme INNOVATE
Location: Wexford Ireland
Duration: 2 Years
Starting Role: Level 1 Helpdesk Engineer
Future Progression: Level 2 Engineer with a specialisation in Infrastructure Networks or Cyber Security

Programme Overview: Our 2year Graduate IT Engineer Programme is designed for recent graduates with a passion for technology. Youll start as a Level 1 Helpdesk Engineer learning the fundamentals of IT support client interaction and troubleshooting. Through handson experience and mentorship youll progress to Level 2 with the opportunity to specialise in Infrastructure Networks or Cyber Security.
What Youll Learn:
- Provide Level 1 support to clients handling live technical issues across networking security cloud infrastructure and communications.
- Administer Office365 Teams SharePoint and Active Directory.
- Gain experience in monitoring systems troubleshooting and ensuring IT uptime.
- Work closely with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Develop essential clientfacing skills managing customer expectations and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming support calls and manage tickets through ConnectWise.
- Deliver firstlevel support remotely to clients across multiple sectors.
- Assist with scheduled calls and provide overflow support during busy periods.
- Document technical solutions and update system records.
What Were Looking For:
- A 3rd level qualification in a technical discipline (preferred).
- A demonstrable passion for technology and IT infrastructure.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive teamoriented attitude.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
