Chat Customer Support Representative (Slovak)
Location: ClujNapoca Romania
Employment Type: Fulltime
Compensation: Competitive base salary performance bonuses
What Youll Do:
As a Chat Customer Support Representative you will be the frontline in delivering topnotch service addressing customer inquiries via email chat and tickets. Youll handle customer order management ensure smooth complaint resolution and maintain a strong client retention rate. Heres how youll contribute:
- Engage with customers via chat email and ticketing systems solving productrelated issues.
- Manage customer orders efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by recognizing and resolving complaints promptly.
- Update customer databases and maintain accurate records.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Language Proficiency: C1level Slovak (Croatian or Slovenian is a bonus!) and B2level English.
- Education/Experience: A college degree or relevant work experience is preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of MS Office and ticketing systems.
- Customer Focused: You have excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Problem Solver: Youre organized motivated and thrive in a fastpaced environment.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with customer satisfaction metrics and loyalty improvement is a plus.
