Assist in the booking process for flights hotels and other travel products.
Trip Planning and Customization:
Craft personalized itineraries to suit each clients interests and budget.
Coordinate with vendors to manage bookings special requests and adjustments.
Payment and Documentation Management:
Ensure clients have the correct travel documents and that payments are processed smoothly.
Issue tickets and vouchers in line with company protocols.
Problem Solving and Client Satisfaction:
Address any challenges that arise during travel working closely with suppliers to ensure smooth resolutions.
