Overview: As a Venture Capital Associate you will play a pivotal role in identifying evaluating and supporting investment opportunities in innovative startups and highgrowth companies. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior investment professionals and entrepreneurs to drive value creation and financial returns.
Key Responsibilities:

Deal Sourcing and Evaluation:
- Source potential investment opportunities through proactive outreach networking and industry research.
- Conduct initial screenings and due diligence on prospective companies assessing market potential business models financial performance and competitive positioning.

Financial Analysis and Modeling:
- Develop financial models conduct valuation analysis and perform sensitivity scenarios to evaluate investment opportunities.
- Analyze and interpret financial statements budgets and forecasts to assess company performance and growth prospects.

Due Diligence and Investment :
- Coordinate and manage due diligence processes collaborating with legal financial and technical experts as needed.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for investment committee review summarizing key findings and recommendations.

Portfolio Management and Support:
- Monitor portfolio company performance and milestones actively engaging with management teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in preparing quarterly reports and updates for investors highlighting portfolio performance and key operational metrics.

Industry Research and Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends market dynamics and competitive landscapes relevant to target sectors.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and risks.

Relationship Building and Networking:
- Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs coinvestors industry experts and other stakeholders in the venture capital ecosystem.
- Represent the firm at industry events conferences and networking functions to enhance visibility and deal flow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 24 years of experience in venture capital private equity investment banking or management consulting with exposure to technology or growth sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for startups innovation and emerging technologies.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
