Job Overview:
The Financial Analysis Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis and support to ensure the organizations financial health and strategic goals. This role involves preparing detailed reports analyzing financial data and assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to communicate financial information effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports including monthly quarterly and annual financial statements. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
- Data Analysis: Conduct indepth financial analysis to identify trends patterns and insights. Use data to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and analyze expenses to ensure they align with the budget. Identify and report on any discrepancies.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and other stakeholders. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure financial practices comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field. CPA or CFA designation is a plus.
- Experience: 24 years of experience in financial analysis budgeting or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in financial software (e.g. Excel ERP systems) strong analytical and problemsolving skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
