Job Title: Director of Wealth Management

Job Overview:
As the Director of Wealth Management you will lead our team of financial advisors overseeing comprehensive wealth planning services for highnetworth clients. Your role is to ensure the development of personalized financial strategies investment solutions and trust planning. You will work directly with key stakeholders ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining the highest standards of client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of wealth advisors and support staff.
• Develop and implement wealth management strategies tailored to highnetworth individuals.
• Monitor and assess client portfolios to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Cultivate longterm client relationships and manage client retention efforts.
• Stay updated on financial market trends and relevant regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver integrated wealth management solutions.
• Ensure full compliance with all financial legal and regulatory requirements.
• Present periodic reports and performance reviews to senior leadership and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a related field (Masters or MBA preferred).
• 810 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory.
• CFP CFA or other financial planning certifications.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of financial markets investment products and trust services.

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary: $160000 $200000 per year.
• Performancebased bonuses.
