Job Description
Job Title: Investment Banking Analyst
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst to support our senior bankers in executing M&A capital raising and strategic advisory projects. The ideal candidate will conduct financial analysis prepare reports and create presentations to assist in deal .
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial modeling valuation and analysis of potential investment opportunities.
- Prepare pitch books presentations and other materials for clients.
- Conduct market research industry analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- Support senior bankers in executing M&A and capitalraising transactions.
- Participate in due diligence processes including reviewing financial statements and business models.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and investment opportunities.
- Assist in client meetings calls and other communications as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related field.
- 13 years of relevant experience in investment banking corporate finance or financial advisory.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF LBO M&A analysis).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial software tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in investment banking.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $70000 $90000 annually depending on experience.
