Job Overview
As an Investment Banking Associate you will play a critical role in the of deals including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) capital raising and advisory services. You will work closely with senior bankers clients and internal teams to deliver highquality financial and strategic solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in financial markets and gain exposure to highprofile transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the of M&A debt and equity transactions.
- Perform financial modeling valuation analyses and prepare pitch books.
- Conduct industry research market analysis and due diligence for clients.
- Create and deliver presentations to clients investors and senior management.
- Collaborate with teams across various sectors to support business development.
- Maintain client relationships and manage daily communications.
- Monitor and track market trends and economic developments relevant to deals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Accounting or related field.
- 24 years of experience in investment banking corporate finance or consulting.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel PowerPoint and financial software tools.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
- MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $120000 $150000 per year
