Position : HR Generalist
Location : Vacaville CA (Onsite)
Duration : 5 Months
Skills: HR ER HR Generalist Human Resource Employee Relation Investigation Talent Acquisition Interview Excel Office 365 TEAMS Attend Ops Safety Meetings
Description:
Need someone to handle day to day HR/ER operations
Most employees are housekeeping i.e. Environment Custodians at the prison in addition to employees with disabilities
Maintain solid emotional state show compassion and be present; understand the importance of confidentiality
Higher than HR Asst have some TA exp
Office 365 TEAMS Attend Ops & Safety Meetings
Be positive and present for employees fulltime and be willing to talk to and encourage employees
Must Have:
- Employee Relations experience: i.e. investigations personnel matters
- Stable work history
- Talent Acquisition
- Interview skills
- Computer Skills: Lots of Excel spreadsheet maintenance
- Office 365 TEAMS Attend Ops & Safety Meeting
