You will also train clients on product knowledge and create technical documentation to support understanding of product configurations.
Location: Madrid Spain
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to identify project needs and provide tailored solutions to secure projects.
Train clients on product technical knowledge to ensure they quickly familiarize themselves with product solutions.
Prepare and present technical documentation to help clients understand product configurations.
Resolve technical issues related to products on a daily basis to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science Electronics Telecommunications or related fields.
Native Chinese speaker with proficiency in Spanish is essential.
Previous experience in testing or technical support roles is preferred.
Strong communication presentation and problemsolving skills with a solid teamwork spirit.
