Job Mission

As our Head of CRM you will be at the heart of our customer experience. You will lead the journey of developing and executing innovative CRM strategies that engage inspire and make energy efficiency a seamless part of our customers lives making them feel smart. Youll harness the power of data to create personalized journeys across various channels all while driving growth and enhancing the customer experience.

What Youll Do:

Lead Our Global CRM Strategy: Develop and implement a global CRM strategy focused on customer acquisition engagement and retention. Think big act strategically and drive real results.

DataDriven Personalization: Leverage data analytics and customer segmentation to craft tailored experiences that drive customer loyalty and revenue growth.

Own Campaign Management: Build and manage campaigns across channels like email SMS push notifications and inapp messaging using platforms like Braze for a seamless personalized touch.

Technical Implementation: Use your technical skills with tools like CDPs and Reverse ETL to enhance campaign management personalization and reporting.

CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Tibber to streamline the customer journey and maximize the impact of every touchpoint. Youll also liaise with thirdparty vendors and partners to bring our CRM initiatives to life.

Performance Reporting: Create a comprehensive reporting framework delivering insights that shape our strategies and fuel our growth.

Resource Management: Oversee CRM budgets and forecasts ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to achieve our objectives.

Ideal Profile

What Youll Bring

Experience: Proven success in a global CRM role driving customer engagement and loyalty through datadriven strategies.

Technical Savvy: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL Liquid JavaScript HTML/CSS. Experience with Braze is a must; familiarity with tools like Rudderstack Databricks or Stripo is a bonus.

Strategic Mindset: Expertise in marketing automation lifecycle marketing digital marketing and data analysis. Youre not just about running campaigns; youre about shaping strategy.

Project Management: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and take initiatives from concept to .

Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Budgeting: Experience in managing CRM budgets and resource allocation.

    (Bonus Points If You Have)

    Industry Knowledge: Experience in the energy sector or a tech and sustainabilityfocused environment.

    Certifications: CRM data analysis or related certifications.

    CDP & Reverse ETL Experience: Handson experience working with Customer Data Platforms and Reverse ETL processes.
