Our Client is a leading architectural firm renowned for our innovative designs and commitment to sustainable practices. They are seeking a talented and detailoriented Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed architectural drawings and plans.
Produce technical drawings 3D models and BIM models using Revit and other relevant software.
Ensure all designs comply with building regulations codes and standards.
Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and provide technical support.
Coordinate with contractors engineers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project .
Assist in the preparation of planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
Perform quality assurance checks on all architectural documents and drawings.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Architectural Technology or a related field preferably in Ireland.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an architectural technologist role in Irish industry.
Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software.
Strong knowledge of building regulations and codes in Ireland.
Excellent technical drawing and design skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A portfolio demonstrating your technical skills and previous projects.
