Who are we looking for
Sofigate is growing fast and were looking for Digital Development and Project Management Enthusiasts to join us as IT Project Managers in our team of 700 business technology professionals. We are looking for someone with a growth mindset possessing a genuine interest in how technology and business are changing the world.
Youll work with varied customer projects; from implementing large platforms or AI to managing of new IT applications. You will take charge of all project management aspects from turning business objectives into technical requirements through planning delivery and followup. You excel at stakeholder management and will often be responsible for communication and change management. Your enthusiasm for exploring and learning new technologies and concepts sets you apart.
You will work with Agile methodologies DevOps and POC approaches leveraging your experience with traditional waterfall methods. You possess a deep curiosity for technology and AI and you already use AI actively in your work.
To succeed in this role you recognize yourself in below:
- A proven track record of at least 25 years in business and digital development for example related to AI Infrastructure ERP ITSM or CRM.
- A natural team player with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Empathy for both customers and stakeholders.
- Interest in or expertise with ServiceNow and ITSM is considered a plus.
- Working proficiency in English and Swedish is a must.
- A good dose of humor.
