Job Description

Our respected Client a leading European real estate investment development and management company is seeking an experienced Group Director of Property Management with a strong track record in managing largescale real estate portfolios across EU.

Group Director of Property Management

The Group Director of Property Management will be in charge of managing a substantial portfolio across multiple countries.
This seniorlevel role involves overseeing the portfolios financial performance operations and strategic growth.
The ideal candidate will work closely with key stakeholders including country property management teams and lead initiatives to standardize processes improve operational efficiency and enhance client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will play a key role in building a highperforming property management network ensuring that assets are maintained to the highest standards while aligning with sustainability and ESG goals.

Tasks

  • Lead the management of a diverse real estate portfolio ensuring excellence in operations maintenance and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement property management strategies that drive the financial performance and value of the portfolio.
  • Foster strong relationships with country teams providing support guidance and ensuring crosscountry collaboration on best practices.
  • Standardize processes across the portfolio focusing on service provider contracting maintenance facility management and community management.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial performance ensuring cost control and identifying opportunities for savings.
  • Collaborate with business development and local teams to drive tenant satisfaction optimize occupancy rates and increase rental income.
  • Implement ESG standards and oversee the installation and maintenance of renewable energy systems such as PV capacity.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies across all managed properties.
  • Act as a key player in the continuous improvement and professionalization of property management across multiple markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in real estate business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 710 years of senior experience in international property management with a proven track record in managing large portfolios.
  • Expertise in procurement budget control and operational processes including experience with CapEx and OpEx planning.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills capable of managing and inspiring teams across different countries.
  • Analytical skills with a deep understanding of maintenance repairs and tenant satisfaction drivers.
  • Fluency in English with additional European languages being a strong advantage.
  • Flexibility for international travel and mobility.
