Our client a leading company specializing in B2B energy brokerage is undergoing significant expansion and wishes to strengthen its sales team. Active since 2014 they primarily operate in Belgium as well as in France the Netherlands Luxembourg and Italy. The team made up of about ten freelance collaborators is based in a coworking space in Brussels. It is characterized by a flexible structure and a high level of autonomy.
Tasks
- Identify prospects and engage in active prospecting.
- Spot growth opportunities with existing clients.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients particularly in highenergy consumption sectors such as retail chains production sites and real estate asset managers.
- Offer tailored solutions to optimize companies contracts and energy consumption.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide followup support.
- Negotiate and close contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a trusting relationship with clients and provide regular followup to ensure their satisfaction.
Why do they need you
In a context of growth the company is recruiting two salespeople for Flanders and one salesperson for the Frenchspeaking part of Belgium totaling three new positions.
The Team
The team consists of a CEO an Operations Director a Financial Director three independent salespeople two project managers a back office and an IT team of five people based in France.
