Certificate Management Analyst
The Certificate Management Analyst plays a vital role in delivering toptier support by collaborating across a variety of application teams. This role is responsible for managing the upkeep of certifications across the enterprise. The successful candidate will have excellent teamwork and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate video calls with diverse technical teams as well as a strong understanding of Identity and Access and Certificate Management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the upkeep with the certifications across the enterprise both 3rd party and in house.
- Keep track of and maintain upcoming expiring certifications (2000 Monthly).
- Send out multiple reminders via email to both owners and users for upcoming expired certifications.
- Manage all the companys certifications and status via excel.
- Reach out and schedule times to present and teach on how to update/gain certifications.
- Run Monthly reports in NCLM.
- Research through systems such as ServiceNow and Compass to identify Certification Owners.
- Daily communication via Email/Microsoft Teams/Slack for updates and information retrieval.
- Keep PowerPoint Slides updated regarding Process tracking and verbiage.
