Job Description
- Proven experience with pharmacy regulations compliance (Mandatory skill)
- Demonstrated team leadership capabilities (Mandatory skill)
- Expertise in inventory management to maintain and manage stock levels effectively
- Strong customer service skills aimed at enhancing overall customer satisfaction
- Experience in budgeting to ensure financial objectives are met
- Quality assurance skills to maintain high standards in products and services
- Proficiency in workflow optimization to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ability to train and develop staff to build a competent and knowledgeable team
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy to ensure smooth functioning
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and standards set by governing bodies
- Lead and mentor the pharmacy team to achieve set goals and improve performance
- Manage inventory levels, making sure all necessary products are in stock
- Develop and manage the department's budget to meet financial targets
- Ensure quality assurance protocols are followed for all products and services
- Optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery
- Conduct staff training and development sessions to improve skills and compliance
