The Munitions Foreman is the senior crew member responsible for overseeing the receipts, storage, inspection, transport, and maintenance of U.S. Air Force (USAF) Munitions and related resources at the site. This role involves operating the Theater Integrated Combat Munitions Systems (TICMS) and MC2 while supervising assigned Munitions Technicians.

Skills
• Intermediate knowledge of the USAF Supply, TMO, Munitions, and Tech Order systems
• Proficient in using personal computers, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to evaluate technical skills and provide training
Responsibilities
• Observe and enforce all USAF and host nation explosives safety, AFOSH, and security standards
• Up channel issues impacting munitions operations to Munitions Control and Superintendent
• Conduct all munitions work following established quality processes and monitor operations
• Perform warehouse inventories and resolve serviceability and accountability issues
• Prepare and configure munitions shipments for various transportation methods
• Operate assigned TICMS and conduct inspections on vehicles and equipment
• Prepare and deliver general and explosives safety briefings
• Work necessary hours to support mission requirements during peacetime and contingency operations
