About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced XRay Technologist to provide mobile XRay and EKG services at nursing homes healthcare facilities and various other locations. You will be responsible for performing and processing XRays using portable digital radiography equipment performing EKGs and maintaining communication with medical professionals and management teams. Your Mission:

• Perform and process XRays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and submit/transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.
• Transport and unload portable XRay equipment to facilities for exams ordered by physicians.
• Perform EKGs (as needed) and transmit results to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
• Scan examrelated paperwork and billing documents daily according to protocol.
• Communicate regularly with dispatch management peers and clients.
  Maintain XRay equipment and companyprovided vehicle to ensure operational efficiency.

• Time Management: Capable of handling multiple responsibilities across various locations.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency with digital radiography equipment and healthcare technology.

What You Bring:

• ARRT Certification Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification.
• 1 years of experience in Radiology Mammography Echocardiography (echo) or Electrocardiogram (EKG/ECG).

Valid Regular Drivers License (DL) in good standing.

• Uptodate COVID19 vaccination or proper exemption documentation.

Skills Required:

• Mobile Radiology: Expertise in portable XRay and imaging systems.
  EKG Procedures: Experience performing and interpreting electrocardiograms.
• Patient Interaction: Exceptional communication and patient care skills.
• Radiography Software: Familiarity with diagnostic imaging and radiography systems.

Certifications:

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Required.
• State Licensure in Radiologic Technology Required (Indiana preferred).
  Limited license not accepted.

Education:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
• Completion of a stateapproved radiologic technologist program.

Work Environment & Benefits:
Competitive hourly wage of $40.00 $50.00.

Schedule and Shift Details:
MondayFriday (PM shift).
Parttime weekend shift available.
PM shifts available from 1:00 PM 9:30 PM.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to push/pull 50100 lbs with assistance.
• Equipment handling may involve up to 24 cycles of pushing/pulling daily in healthcare facilities.
