About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced XRay Technologist to provide mobile XRay and EKG services to nursing homes healthcare facilities and other locations. You will be responsible for performing and processing XRays using portable radiography equipment conducting EKGs and ensuring clear communication with medical professionals. This role offers a flexible work environment and an opportunity to make a significant impact in patient care.
Your Mission:
- Perform and process XRays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and transmit results to a Radiologist for interpretation.
- Unload and transport portable XRay equipment to facilities for physicianordered exams.
- Conduct EKGs as needed and transmit the results to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
- Scan examrelated paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol.
- Regularly communicate with dispatch management peers and clients in a professional manner.
- Maintain XRay equipment and the company vehicle to ensure readiness and proper functioning.

- Diagnostic Imaging: Proficiency in mobile XRay and EKG services.
- Communication: Ability to interact professionally with medical teams and patients.
- Time Management: Skilled in managing multiple responsibilities across different locations.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in operating digital radiography equipment.
What You Bring:
- ARRT Certification Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification.
- 1 years of experience in Radiology Mammography Echocardiography (echo) or Electrocardiogram (EKG/ECG).
- Valid regular Drivers License (DL).
- Uptodate COVID19 vaccination or proper exemption documentation.
Skills Required:
- Mobile Radiology: Expertise in digital XRay equipment and techniques.
- EKG Procedures: Experience performing and interpreting electrocardiograms.
- Patient Care: Strong communication and diagnostic skills.
- Radiography Software: Familiarity with digital radiography systems and protocols.
Certifications:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Required.
- State Licensure in Radiologic Technology Required (Indiana preferred).
Limited license not accepted.
Education:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Completion of a stateapproved radiologic technologist program.

Schedule and Shift Details:
4 x 10hour shifts MondayThursday (8:00 AM 6:00 PM).
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to push/pull 50100 lbs with assistance.
- Equipment handling may involve up to 24 cycles of pushing/pulling daily in healthcare facilities.
