Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers via telephone to introduce our products and services
• Conduct cold calling to generate leads and schedule sales appointments
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Update customer information in the company database
• Follow up with leads and keep accurate records of all interactions
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies and techniques

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Telemarketing Representative or similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver sales pitches and build rapport with potential customers
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent
