To ensure the success of this role it is essential to define what successful outcomes look like. The objectives are as follows:
- Deliver a high level of professionalism in our design and project management approach enhancing the overall client experience.
- Oversee internal processes and design to align with our project appointments.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and through the design control process maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Achieve zero noncompliance issues during project audits.
- Streamline workflows to free up time for our current project engineers and leaders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in the construction and MEP sectors with a solid understanding of the operations and services.
- A background in Design and Project Management within the construction industry preferably in a consultancy setting.
- Proficiency in IT systems enabling effective use of the tools utilised by Hoare Lea.
- Ability to work independently while also following direction from the senior leadership team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating confidence and assertiveness in interactions with individuals at all levels fostering strong working relationships both internally and externally.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask complemented by a positive team spirit.
