What to Expect
On a daytoday basis businesses can expect to participate in the following activities:
- Inbound sales customer service and store support
- Assisting customers with product questions
- Placing new orders
- Handling existing orders returns/ replacements
- Provide storespecific support
- Contacting vendors for shipping information
