Job Description
This is a remote position.
Job Summary
This is a project to develop a MONITORING & REPORTING DASHBOARD.
The primary objective of the dashboard is to design and implement an Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) reporting dashboard based on Power BI. This dashboard will integrate and interlink all ongoing as well as new projects and initiatives within the framework of Country Program Document (CPD) to ensure unified tracking of progress towards CPD objectives and facilitating evidencebased decisionmaking.
Responsibilities & Duties
To develop a userfriendly Power BI Monitoring and Reporting dashboard that that visualizes data from the different projects and initiatives aligning with indicators and targets outlined in the CPD. Data collected from the different projects and initiatives will establish a cohesive reporting system with appropriate metrics indicators and benchmarks necessary for tracking progress aligned to the CPD indicators. The dashboard will ensure the provision of realtime updates capable of reflecting changes promptly.

Institutional Arrangements
The consultant reports directly to the CO M&E project office of our customer in Gambia.
We will not provide any of the following facilities.
Office for the Consultant (as it is work from home assignment)
IT equipment (PC/Laptop/Internet)
Any other technical equipment to execute the daytoday activities from home.
Occasional travel is envisaged during the assignment. The consultant is expected to make his/her own arrangement to attend customer s Office.
Deliverables
All the payments are linked to the successful deliverables as per the delivery plan. The consultant shall be responsible to obtain signed off on deliverables from the authorised person from the customer s organization. Signed off delivery note is the sole basis for releasing the payment to the consultant. Followings are the high level of delivery schedule.

Detailed documentation outlining dashboard functionality data sources metrics and guidelines for usage. 30% payment to be released.

Comprehensive training guide for the dashboard and all projects and initiatives mapped out 30% payment to be released.

A fully functional Power BI dashboard that meets the outlines requirements and specifications including all intellectual properties of the dashboard 40% payment to be released.
Essential Skills
.
Advanced degree i.e. minimum master s degree in artificial intelligence data science technology policy or a related field.
.
Minimum eight () years of relevant experience in BI strategy development digital policy or technology advisory.
.
At least 5 years of technical expertise and hands on experience in setting up database systems using POWER BI dashboards Software applications
.
Experience in managing projects involving systems analysis design development and implementation and provide key inputs for establishing longterm solutions.
.
Engage with clients to build capacity develop an operating and user manual.
.
Review emerging technologies and assesses their usefulness and impact.
.
Excellent teamwork communication and interpersonal skills computer analytical and report writing skills; and
.
Command of English language
.
Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Soft Skills/Competencies
.
Statistical knowledge and experience especially in the development of databases.

Data visualization skills.
.
Knowledge of statistical data processing packages.
