Seeking a driven Calibration Site Leader to oversee the daily operations of the new brickandmortar calibration center located in the Orlando area. This individual will play a crucial role in visiting local shops driving business growth managing the facility and building relationships with customers and surrounding collision centers. The Calibration Site Leader will ensure the smooth operation of the shop manage scheduling support technicians and act as the face of the business fostering customer relationships and expanding service offerings.
Responsibilities:
Business Development: Actively promote ADAS and diagnostic services to surrounding collision centers growing the customer base and increasing revenue.
Operations Management: Manage daytoday operations of the calibration center including workflow prioritization staff scheduling and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership: Oversee train and support technician(s) at the facility fostering a positive teamoriented environment. Provide handson support as needed to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers clearly articulating the value of ADAS services addressing client needs and building longterm relationships.
Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
Onsite Leadership: This is an onsite role requiring a handson approach to operations management team leadership and customer interaction.
Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience in the automotive or collision industry is highly preferred. A background in operations management sales or team leadership is highly desirable.
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and building relationships.
Willingness to collaborate with team members and assist wherever necessary to ensure shop success.
