Position Overview:
In the role of Service Coordinator you will be the main liaison for our German French and Dutchspeaking customers. Your responsibilities will include managing service inquiries coordinating repair and maintenance schedules and ensuring smooth communication between customers dealerships and our internal teams. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
This position offers a hybrid work model allowing you to work 2 days in the office in Ghent and 3 days remotely providing the perfect balance of flexibility and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for German French and Dutchspeaking customers addressing their inquiries scheduling service appointments and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance appointments between customers and dealerships.
- Ensure effective and clear communication between all parties including customers service teams and dealerships.
- Monitor and track the progress of service requests to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers postservice to confirm their satisfaction and address any additional concerns.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status of their service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions service history and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes based on customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German French and Dutch (both written and spoken) is required.
- Previous experience in customer service service coordination or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Interest or experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and general office software (Microsoft Office: Word Excel Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
