Job Description

We are a cuttingedge digital marketing agency located in Barcelona specializing in Google products. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Sales Representative fluent in French to join our team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working remotely three days a week while benefiting from the collaborative environment of our Barcelona office for two days a week. Role Overview: In this role you will be pivotal in driving sales and fostering relationships with clients for Google products. Your fluency in French will be crucial for engaging with Frenchspeaking clients and prospects. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities managing client accounts and contributing to our sales objectives. This position provides the flexibility of remote work with a hybrid schedule that includes two days in our Barcelona office each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Seek out and pursue new sales opportunities for Google products including Google Ads and Google Analytics to expand our client base.
  • Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Frenchspeaking clients understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.
  • Account Management: Oversee client accounts ensuring their satisfaction addressing any issues and providing ongoing support.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to devise and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns aimed at achieving revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Perform research to stay informed about market trends competitors and customer preferences in Frenchspeaking regions.
  • Product Expertise: Gain a thorough understanding of Google products and their advantages and effectively communicate these to clients and prospects.
  • Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities and performance tracking progress towards goals and providing regular updates.
  • Client Assistance: Support clients with product onboarding setup and continued support to ensure a smooth experience and effective use of Google products.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with other departments such as marketing and customer support to ensure a cohesive client experience and contribute to companywide objectives.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Must be fluent in French with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales marketing or a similar field is highly desirable.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Google products and digital marketing tools is beneficial.
  • Sales Proficiency: Demonstrated sales skills with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
  • Communication Abilities: Excellent ability to engage with clients build relationships and convey information effectively.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong focus on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment balancing remote and inoffice work.
  • Adaptability: Capable of managing responsibilities in a flexible and dynamic work setting.
