Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Corporate HR Manager in administering and updating staff welfare and benefits.
- Collaborate with the Corporate HR Manager to effectively implement and maintain company policies and practices.
- Assist the Corporate HR Manager in overseeing HR compliance matters.
- Assist the Corporate HR Manager in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Utilize diverse channels including job boards social media referrals and recruitment agencies to source candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening and shortlisting of candidates.
- Organize and conduct interviews efficiently.
- Perform background checks to validate candidate credentials work history and references for accuracy and suitability.
- Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates.
- Coordinate quotations details and arrangements for staff training.
- Assist in obtaining staff training attendance records and evaluation forms.
- Manage employee benefit programs such as Group Insurance (Group Personal Accident Group Hospitalization & Surgical Group TermLife).
- Ensure timely updates of staff movements with the insurance company regarding additions and deletions.
- Arrange Courier Services.
- Undertake any necessary ad hoc activities or report preparations as requested by Management relating to HR matters
Requirements & Skills:
- Degree/Diploma in any HR related discipline and or Certificate in HRM
- Candidates with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia English and Mandarin is preferable.
- Able to work in a fastpaced multitasking environment.
