Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

  • Location: 10th Floor Room C2 719 KPN Tower Rama IX Rd Bang Kapi Huai Khwang Bangkok 10310 Thailand
  • Salary Range:THB / Month
  • Nationality Required: Thai
  • Languages: English and Thai
  • Experience Required: 56 years in sales preferably in the logistics industry
  • Working Days & Hours:
    • Days: Monday Friday
    • Time: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
    • Dress Code: Formal (Monday Thursday) Semi Casual (Friday)
  • Interview Rounds: 23 facetoface rounds with Thai and Indian Nationals from the Management Teams.

Job Overview: The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities maintaining relationships with existing clients and achieving sales targets. This role involves working closely with the sales team and management to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics sector. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to generate new sales.
  • Client Management: Manage existing client accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present sales proposals including pricing terms and conditions. Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities including leads opportunities and closed deals. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless of client requirements and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 46 years of experience in sales preferably in the logistics industry. Experience with multinational companies (MNCs) is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai. Ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
