Client Excellence Coordinator

About the role:

This is a fully remote job and team members need to have a place where they can focus on their work and engage clients and other team members via video conferencing calls.

We define accountant as someone who has the proven skills to artfully handle bookkeeping payroll bank reconciliations data entry monthly financial statements and other bookkeeping duties that support a business financial health and growth.

We are extremely teamoriented techsavvy and fastlearning around here. If you prefer to work alone on paper and at your own pace youll be much happier working for someone else.

Job requirements:

A solid understanding of accounting principles. CPA is a must.

Comfortable communicating and building professional relationships with the clients.

A fanatical attention to detail. Data entry is the firstand most criticalstep in our client work especially when preparing monthly financial statements. You should be able to quickly identify errors outofline data and developing trends.

A working knowledge of Quickbooks or other systems.

Comfort with all technology. The nature of working remote means we lean toward digital tools and far (far) away from printing out all the things.

A deep appreciation for collaboration and teamwork. We believe worldclass accounting is a team sportwe learn faster solve better and have a heckuva lot more fun when we work together. We engage directly (and regularly) via videoconferencing to stay on the same page.

Excellent communication skills. To us this means being able to clearly and tactfully deliver feedback to a peer give advice to a business owner and throw ideas into the ring. It also means knowing when to listen and what to listen for.

Willingness to:

Work 8am to 6pm EST

Do regular client meetings (good customer service and proactive communication is a must)

Attend a paid interview for (14 days depending on the performance of the candidate).
