RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Business Transformation Analyst is responsible for identifying business problems and implementing datadriven solutions to improve organizational performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Problem Identification: Conducting research root cause analysis and assessments to identify business pain points areas of inefficiency and potential areas for improvement.
- Data analysis: Analyzing data to understand patterns trends and root causes of business problems. Utilizing data visualization tools and statistical analysis to communicate insights effectively.
- Solution Design: Developing innovative datadriven solutions to address business problems. Designing testing and iterating business process solutions that are corrective and preventive using agile methodologies.
- KPI Design: Understand the telemetry available and create measurable Key Performance Indicators to track the success of solutions and ensure they meet desired outcomes.
- Stakeholder management: Building relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs gather requirements and communicate project updates.
- Project : Work with a Project Manager (or in some cases play the role of a PM) to lead crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery and the achievement of business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in a relevant field such as Business Economics Data Science Industrial Engineering or Computer Science
- Strong analytical skills including proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL or Python or advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
- Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI
- Robust experience in Process Mapping and Process Reengineering methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping or Lean Six Sigma techniques such as DMAIC etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability present complex data insights to a nontechnical audience.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative datadriven solutions to business problems.
- Ability to understand the interworkings of various business functions.
- Experience in defining and tracking KPIs to measure success of business transformations.
- Detailed and process oriented; with ability to work on both strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Proven ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with multiple stakeholders across the organization at every level.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to actively listen influence negotiate and coach.
- Proven project and time management skills with ability to thrive in a fastpaced team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Work through ambiguous situations being able to develop frameworks and structures to define problems and construct plans that are achievable and pragmatic.
- A passion for continuous improvement and driving business transformation initiatives.
- Must be wailing to work in a fixed night shift schedule
- Must be flexible in terms of work arrangements (On Site Home or Hybrid)
