The Role: Youll support clients of a wellknown financial institution through calls chat and email helping them navigate online banking and understand products and marketing campaigns. Your main responsibilities include:
- Responding to customers via calls chat and email
- Providing product details and information on campaigns
- Assisting with card services and scheduling appointments
- Supporting marketing initiatives and inquiries

Requirements:
