Requirements:
- Proficient in French (C1) and advanced English (B2); Native Flemish
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer support or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer care.
- Familiarity with sales techniques including upselling crossselling and objection handling.
- Achievementoriented and motivated to work in a salesdriven environment.
- Solid IT knowledge and technical understanding.
- Excellent listening skills to effectively understand customer needs.
- Ability to conduct effective qualification to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer inquiries through calls emails and chat related to postsales requests.
- Make outbound calls as necessary to resolve customer issues and liaise with various internal business units.
- Create quotes and follow up on crossselling and upselling opportunities while maintaining a proactive and serviceoriented attitude.
- Ensure uptodate knowledge of the store portfolio and postsales processes.
- Initiate and manage postsales tasks including order cancellations claims management order and delivery followups refund requests and escalations.
