Job Description

DESCRIPCIN DEL PUESTO:

Preparacin de nomina

Preparar TSS IR3 SIRLA

Reclutar entrevistar y contratar nuevo personal

Supervisar los conflictos y los procedimientos disciplinarios

Garantizar la seguridad y la salud en el trabajo

Gestionar los programas de beneficios y compensaciones de los empleados REQUISITOS:

Licenciado en Psicologa Industrial Derecho carreras a fines

Experiencia previa en las descripciones del puesto

Capacidad de anlisis

Capacidad de interactuar con clientes empleados y compaeros de trabajo

Experiencia en TSS IR3 SIRLA IDOPRIL

Actitud positiva

Comida y ayuda de transporte
