Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Italian Customer Support Specialists to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. If you are fluent in any of the following language combinations we want to hear from you!
Language Requirements:
- Italian native English B2
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat in your respective languages.
- Assist customers with inquiries troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service is valuable but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- EU Citizens or Portuguese residence card holders only.
