Language Requirements:

• Italian native English B2

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat in your respective languages.
• Assist customers with inquiries troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service is valuable but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
• EU Citizens or Portuguese residence card holders only.
