Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support in Dutch and English via phone email and chat.
  • Address inquiries related to products order management technical troubleshooting and other customer service requests.
  • Help customers navigate products and services including processing changes cancellations and refunds as needed.
  • Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction.
  • Provide insights and feedback on recurring customer issues to enhance service quality and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch speaker with B2/C1 English proficiency.
  • Must currently reside in Madrid and be available for onsite work during the initial six weeks.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Excellent problemsolving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently after the training period and deliver remote support effectively.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Comfortable using technology and quickly learning new systems.
